Our 15 county region has a population of more than 901,000 (2017) with a median household income of $42,773 (2017), and has a vibrant manufacturing base which includes those in automotive, aerospace, food products, metals and plastics.
Southeast Alabama has more than 80 available industrial and office/institutional buildings ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to more than 1.4 million square feet. Four of these are new expandable speculative buildings. Southeast Alabama also has more than 85 industrial parks and greenfield sites that are 8 to 1,200 acres, and 13 sites have received AdvantageSite designations.
