After an exhaustive search of the developable property in the region, the Dothan team believes they\u2019ve found the State of Alabama\u2019s next premier industrial site.<\/p>\n<p>Bolstered by the site\u2019s large available capacities for all utilities, the 447-acre Westgate Super Site is primed for a major economic development project, particularly one requiring heavy utilities. The site is currently served with robust utility infrastructure provided by Southeast Gas, Alabama Power, Dothan Utilities, and Brightspeed Internet.
