At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic Southeast Gas suspended non-pay service disconnections and also waived account late fees for commercial and residential customers. The company plans to reinstate normal collection protocol on June 1.

Southeast Gas understands that some customers may still have difficulty paying their bill during this time of uncertainty. Now is the time to call us and make arrangements to discuss options available to you. Please call us from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at (800) 660-8683 if you have a past-due balance. We are here to assist you.
