Temporary Service Procedures During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Customer Home

During this pandemic we at Southeast Gas want to provide the service you need without exposing you or our employees to unnecessary risks.

For that reason, we’re temporarily closing all Southeast Gas office lobbies beginning March 20. In our Dothan, Enterprise and Troy offices, you can still make payments using our drive-up service. And, in all of our offices, we have a drop-box for payments. You can also use our on-line bill payment service, enroll in our text-to-pay service or call our payment line at (855) 291-3331. Our offices will remain staffed at this time, and our customer service representatives are available by phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. by calling (800) 660-8683.

Beginning March 23, to prevent the further spread of this virus, our service and installation personnel will temporarily cease all non-emergency work in customer dwellings.

We have asked our employees who are exhibiting virus symptoms such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath to stay home from work.  And, if an employee has been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, we are asking the employees to stay home from work and follow CDC guidelines such as self-quarantining for 14 days, etc.

As always, in case of an after-hours emergency, you may contact us at (800) 660-8683. We appreciate your understanding and we are thankful for your business.
