As part of the Southeast Gas commitment to pipeline system and consumer safety, we are methodically identifying our service lines. So, you may see our workers in your neighborhood, or even in your yard. If they see you, they’ll probably take time to speak and tell you a little more about the work they are doing to keep you and others safe.
Some of the service lines on our system are not currently active. During this time, we’ll be giving qualifying property owners an opportunity to take advantage of bill credits and other promotional savings to reconnect to Southeast Gas service. We’ll also hang meters on these inactive service lines so they can be more easily identified.
This process could take several months, and we’ll be in different areas at different times, so we’ll provide updates through postcards and door hangers as we make progress. You can also call us at (800) 660-8683 to discuss more details.
