(Virtual) Community Appreciation Month 2020
It’s time to celebrate our neighbors with Community Appreciation Month activities throughout October! The pandemic has caused plans to shift throughout the year, and the way we show our appreciation to thousands of you in Southeast Alabama looks different this month. Now more than ever, though, we value what you mean to our company and to our communities.
So, let’s celebrate!
All month, you can save 20% on in-stock merchandise at our local offices. You may also request a free pre-season pilot light service call now through October 31. It’s a great time to prepare your home for winter, and cooler temperatures already made an appearance this season.
You also have a chance to learn ways to save money throughout the year, see how easy it is to install new natural gas appliances in your home, and even how to cook a quick and easy meal or two when you join us on Facebook and Instagram this month! Several times in October, you’ll see customers, employees, and even friends from non-profit groups on our pages.
To make things more fun, we’ve lined up four giveaway drawings for our virtual visitors. Just like or comment on our posts on Facebook or Instagram to enter the drawing. Each Friday from October 9 through October 30, we’ll randomly select a prize winner from all entries.
Not able to visit us on-line to register? We’ve also made registration cards available at each of our offices. Just ask your local Customer Service Representative for a registration card to enter.
We’re giving away a Grilling Goodies basket on October 9. Then, on October 16, we have an Amazing Appliance Vendors gift item up for grabs. The giveaway on October 23 is a Month of Meals basket loaded with gift certificates from several area restaurants. And, in the spirit of Community Appreciation, our final giveaway, which will be on October 30, is a $500 Amazon Gift Card awarded to the local public school of choice for the drawing winner.
Spending time face-to-face with our customers and neighbors is one of our favorite things to do, but keeping our communities safe is by far our greatest priority. So, until we can gather in large groups with you safely again (soon, we hope), we’ll thank you from a distance. And, as always, we’ll continue to serve you personally and professionally. Thank you, Southeast Alabama, for letting us make your home our home, as well!
