Southeast Gas is owned by the cities of Abbeville, Andalusia, Brundidge, Dothan, Elba, Enterprise, Eufaula, Fort Deposit, Greenville, Headland, Luverne, Opp, Ozark and Troy. These cities, which formed Southeast Gas in 1952, work in cooperation to provide their communities with natural gas service and numerous opportunities for economic growth. Southeast Gas also provides natural gas service to franchise communities of Ashford, Baker Hill, Brantley, Coosada, Cottonwood, Daleville, Gantt, Glenwood, Level Plains, Midland City, Montgomery, Napier Field, New Brockton, Newton, Newville, Opelika, Pike Road, Pinckard, Red Level, River Falls and Rutledge.

Each of Southeast Gas’ owner cities have representation on the 2025 Southeast Gas Board of Directors.

Mayor Mark Blankenship

Chair

Mayor Mark Blankenship represents the City of Ozark on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He serves as 2025 Board Chair, and he also serves on the Executive Committee and the Indemnification Oversight Committee. He has served on the Board since November 2020.

Mayor Jack B. Tibbs, Jr.

Vice Chair

Mayor Jack Tibbs represents the City of Eufaula on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He serves as the 2025 Board Vice Chair and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Indemnification Oversight Committee. He has served on the Board since November 2020.

Jason Bryan

Secretary

Jason Bryan represents the City of Opp on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He serves as the 2025 Board Secretary. He is a past Board Chair and serves on the Audit Committee. He has served on the Board since November of 2012.

Mayor Robert Elliott (Ed) Beasley

Mayor Robert Elliott (Ed) Beasley represents the City of Luverne on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He has served on the Board since November of 2016.

Mayor Jacqulyn D. Boone

Mayor Jacqulyn D. Boone represents the City of Fort Deposit on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. She has served on the Board since November 2020.

Mayor William E. Cooper

Mayor William E. Cooper represents the City of Enterprise on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He is a past Board Chair and serves on the Executive Committee. He has served on the Board since June of 2017.

Mayor Ray Marler

Mayor Ray Marler represents the City of Headland on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Nominating Committee. He has served on the Board since November of 2020.

Mayor Dexter McLendon

Mayor Dexter McLendon represents the City of Greenville on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Nominating Committee and the Pension Committee, and he is also a past Board Chair. He has served on the Board since October of 2000.

Mayor Jimmy Money

Mayor Jimmy Money represents the City of Abbeville on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He has served on the Board since November of 2020.

Kennith Mount

Councilman Kennith Mount represents the City of Andalusia on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He is a previous Board Chair. He is also a member of the Hedge Committee. He has served on the Board since November of 2008.

Mayor Jason Reeves

Mayor Jason Reeves represents the City of Troy on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He is a past Board Chair and serves on the Audit and Nominating Committees. He has served on the Board since January of 2015.

Margaret Ross

Margaret Ross represents the City of Brundidge on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. She has served on the Board since November of 2020.

Mayor Mark Saliba

Mayor Mark Saliba represents the City of Dothan on the Southeast Gas Board of Directors. He is a previous Board Chair and has served on the Board since October of 2017. He serves on the Audit Committee.
