Supporting the Students Who SERVE

At Southeast Gas, we believe in the power of education—and in recognizing students who give back. That’s why we offer the Community Service Scholarship, awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who show a strong commitment to leadership, academics, and community service.

In 2025, we proudly awarded 25 scholarships to outstanding students across our Southeast Alabama service area.

Scholarship Application

To be considered, applicants must submit the following:

  • Completed scholarship application form
  • Resume detailing school involvement, volunteer work, and leadership roles
  • Official transcript
  • One letter of recommendation
  • A short essay explaining what community service means to them

Submissions will be accepted starting in January 2026.
